Cancellation Requests

  1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Conference Organizer at info@igsmpinternational.com

  2. Please include your name, registration details, and the reason for cancellation in your request.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations received 90 or more before the conference start date will be eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee of 100 USD.

  • Cancellations received within 90 of the conference start date are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Transfer of Registration

  • If you are unable to attend the conference, you may substitute your registration with another person from your organization.

  • Please notify us in writing of the substitution at least 30 before the conference start date.

Terms & Notes

Force Majeure: In the event that the conference is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events, the conference organizers will make every effort to notify registered attendees as soon as possible.

In such cases, the conference organizers will evaluate options for rescheduling or providing alternative arrangements, including refunds or credits for future events.

The conference organizers will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation costs.

Liability: The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, schedule, or venue if necessary.

The conference organizers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to travel-related expenses, incurred by attendees.
