Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellation:
  • The Participant has the option of irrevocably cancelling participation in the Webinar. The Cancellation must be made in writing at least one month prior to the webinar. Cancellation charges will be applicable on refund.
  • If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute someone else by making prior arrangements with the conference manager.
  • If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they can use that credit for future webinar participation.
  • We recommend limiting the number of slides to 15 if possible.
  • Upon cancellation Speaker/ Delegate/ Poster Presentation certificates will not be awarded.
